Counseling Services

The River Foundation cares about the emotional and spiritual well-being of our Team Members. We are glad to partner with Counselors across the state who can meet with Team Members anonymously to work through confidential issues. Our Corporate Chaplain, Max Appel, is also available to speak with those seeking spiritual counsel.

This Team Member funded program provides financial assistance to eligible team members and their immediate family who need support because of disaster, personal emergency or hardship.

Mission Trip Assistance

The River Foundation provides up to 75% of the expense for Team Members and their immediate family members (spouse & dependent children) for qualifying international mission trips.
